District Assembly Delegate Registration Link

All delegates must register, including pastors.

Childcare Registration Link (Thursday + Friday)

Childcare for Infant-5th grade will be available Thursday night and Friday 

during both the District Assembly Business Session and Ordination. 

Children must bring a packed lunch with them on Friday

Annual Pastor’s Report (APR) + District Assembly reports

All Churches and Pastors Must Submit Assembly Reports.

    1. If you haven't completed your Annual Pastor’s Report (APR) yet, please do so by visiting apr.nazarene.org as soon as possible! 

    2. Once you have submitted your APR, please visit app.norcal.org to complete the checklist of other District Assembly reports. The most important reports are the Certificate of Election (no delegates from your church can vote without it) and the Supplemental Report to the District Superintendent. Login instructions are included below.

    3. Once you have completed all of your reports, please visit districtassembly.com to register all delegates (including pastors) and sign up for childcare.

    • Delegate Certificate of Election

    • Compliance Checklist

    • Memorial Roll (if applicable)

    • Request for Continuing Staff (if applicable)
